Star Tool
Use the Start Tool 
to draw a start shape onto the canvas.
To get started, click twice on the Rectangle Tool in the Toolbar to open the shapes menu, select the start icon, then press down and drag a start onto the canvas.
Star Properties
In the Star properties panel you have three options.
Sides
Number of points that make up the star.
Radius
Controls the size of the inside points.
Size
Controls the size of the outside points.
