Privacy Policy

Vector Ink LLC (“Vector Ink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use Vector Ink’s websites, applications, design tools, AI features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and information you provide when creating or managing an account.
  • Project and AI content: projects, uploads, prompts, designs, generated output, and other content you choose to create or store in the Services.
  • Transaction information: purchase and subscription details. Stripe and PayPal process payment-card and payment-account information; Vector Ink does not receive your full payment-card number.
  • Usage and device information: log, device, browser, IP-address, and usage information, including analytics information when you consent to analytics cookies.
  • Communications: information you send when you contact us for support or privacy requests.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and operate the Services; create and maintain accounts; process purchases; generate AI results you request; secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services; communicate with you; comply with law; and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your uploaded content, project data, prompts, or generated output to train our AI models. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to service providers that process it for us and only as needed to provide their services. These include Stripe and PayPal for payments; Firebase, Google Cloud, and Google Cloud Storage for authentication, infrastructure, databases, storage, and analytics; and Anthropic, Recraft, OpenAI, and Google Gemini for the AI features you choose to use.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as security, session management, preferences, and checkout. We use Google Analytics only if you choose to allow analytics cookies in our cookie banner or settings. You may change that choice at any time by selecting .

5. Legal bases for EEA and UK users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required, including for optional analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings; this does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

6. International transfers

Vector Ink is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention and security

We retain account email and project data until you request deletion, unless we need to retain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or objection to certain processing. EEA and UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority.

California residents may have rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Vector Ink does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. To exercise a privacy right, email jonathan@vectorink.io with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests on a consumer’s behalf subject to verification of their authority. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise its effective date.
